Job Description

We are looking for a Onboarding Support to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owns the accuracy of regulatory reviews and ensures clients meet all compliance standards before sign-off.
  • Communicates confidently with clients, Relationship Managers, and senior stakeholders via email or phone.
  • Consistently meets individual and team deadlines and performance goals.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures when needed.
  • Reports progress, risks, and issues to management and key stakeholders.
  • Spots and solves compliance gaps, while identifying non-compliant clients and defining clear remediation plans.
Qualifications

Profile:

  • Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Law or related field.
  • + 1 years of Banking Operations or other relevant experience.
  • Strong capacity to comprehend, articulate and facilitate change.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel.
  • Financial regulations and financial products knowledge is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resilient, curious and keen to investigate. 
  • Attention to details.
Additional Information

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
