About the Role

We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join a dynamic and international team based in Lisbon, Portugal. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a globally recognized search engine project, delivering high-quality support to French-speaking users worldwide.

No previous customer support experience is required. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy solving problems, and are motivated to help people, you will receive full training to succeed and grow in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support to French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with inquiries related to services such as navigation, troubleshooting, and privacy settings
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding user needs and offering clear, accurate solutions
  • Educate users on new features and help improve their overall search experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach in every interaction
  • Stay informed about product updates, tools, and industry trends to ensure top-quality support
Requirements
  • Fluent French (C1–C2) and strong English skills (B2 or higher)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
  • Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
