A TUA MISSÃO NA SIMPLEFY SERÁ:

  • Impulsionar o crescimento de vendas, dinamizando iniciativas comerciais com os parceiros de negócio da Marca (Intermediários de Crédito);
  • Liderar, acompanhar e incentivar o crescimento de resultados da equipa de parceiros de negócio;
  • Desenvolver estratégias de vendas eficazes e garantir o sucesso das iniciativas comerciais da empresa;
  • Definir e garantir cumprimentos de roadmap de crescimento delineado em conjunto com a Direção Comercial;
  • Participar no Onboarding dos parceiros, enquanto formador;

O QUE PROCURAMOS:

  • Residência na Região Sul do País;
  • Experiência em desenvolvimentos de novos negócios, de preferência no setor financeiro e/ou imobiliário;
  • Capacidade de simplificar os desafios e desatar o nós;
  • Visão estratégica e habilidade em identificar oportunidades de crescimento;
  • Espírito crítico e atitude proativa;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Conhecimento avançado de Microsoft Office (Excel e PowerPoint)
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações a nível nacional.
