For our NBS Lisbon Order to Cash (O2C) department, we are currently looking for a Credit Analysis Specialist. Reporting to Credit Analysis Lead Specialist, this professional will be responsible for calculation of credit limit and risk category taking in account various sources of financial data and reporting and block orders analysis and management.
A day in the life of...
- To execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions in Credit Analysis: review and proposal of Credit parameters for calculation of credit limit and risk category taking in account various sources of financial data;
- Prepare reports with financial information about customer's accounts;
- Perform periodic activity relevant review´s with stream Lead Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope;
- Analyse and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's);
- Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
- Execute identified business and internal controls of O2C processes.
What Will Make You Successful
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar;
- Previous experience in reporting and credit analysis is an advantage;
- Proficiency in English;
- Advanced Excel and SAP is a plus;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Customer Service Orientation;
- Able to propose and implement improvements in procedures
