What's the role? 

You'll be the driving force behind strategic recruitment for key business areas, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer. This isn't just about filling roles—it's about partnering with leaders, anticipating future needs, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. 

What you'll do: 

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles in a fast-paced, global environment. 

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies aligned with business goals. 

• Leverage innovative sourcing techniques—social media, networking, direct outreach—to attract top talent. 

• Act as a Finastra brand ambassador, showcasing our culture and vision to the market. 

• Manage agency relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with global standards. 

What we're looking for: 

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a multinational setting. 

• Expertise in building pipelines for niche roles—bonus if you've recruited in financial services, fintech, or technology. 

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. 

• Proficiency with ATS (Workday experience is a plus) and online hiring tools like LinkedIn. 

• A proactive, data-driven mindset with exceptional organisational skills. 

• Fluent English and experience in international recruitment.
