- Assist influencers with account management, subscription services, technical troubleshooting, and effective use of platform tools to help maximize their reach and engagement;
- Make outbound calls and personalized follow-ups to ensure creators clearly understand available tools, services, and support, fostering a high-touch support experience;
- Offer in-depth support for content creation, marketing, and engagement tools, helping creators and SMB clients optimize strategies and enhance user experience;
- Identify recurring issues across creators, provide data-driven solutions, and share actionable insights to improve content performance and audience growth.
There will be big smiles if
- Excellent written and verbal level of English (C2);
- Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential);
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
