Estamos à procura de um Field Service Engineer/ Técnico de Manutenção, para o nosso departamento de Service Customer Repair para a zona da grande Palmela. Para trabalhar por Turnos, em um cliente residente.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Descrição da Função:

Manutenção de empilhadores (reparações, verificações periódicas, modificações).

Orientação para o cliente (necessidades, dúvidas, conselhos de utilização).

Identificação de oportunidades de negócio na sua área de trabalho.

Cumprir as regras e procedimentos em termos de segurança, estabelecidas pela organização.

Efetuar a montagem, colocar em funcionamento e formação no cliente sobre a utilização da máquina, na entrega de máquinas novas.

Realizar todas as tarefas administrativas associadas ao trabalho dentro dos prazos estabelecidos (folhas de trabalho, pedidos de orçamento).

Elaboração de relatórios sobre deficiências técnicas detetadas, que afetam ou podem afetar o funcionamento seguro dos veículos.

Utilizar, manter e cuidar adequadamente de todas as ferramentas, utensílios, meios e EPI's que a empresa coloca à sua disposição.

Gerir adequadamente o fornecimento de materiais e peças sobressalentes.

Comunicar através da aplicação informática, a abertura e o encerramento de incidentes.

Propor melhorias nos processos e métodos de trabalho.

Requisitos:

Curso Profissional (nível 4) em mecatrónica, manutenção industrial, eletromecânica,

Mecânica ou experiência profissional compatível com a função.

Valorizada formação eletrotécnica ou experiência profissional relevante

Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experiência mínima de 1 a 2 anos

Proactivo, responsável, polivalente, com interesse no trabalho de equipa e com uma clara

orientação para o serviço/cliente e objetivos da empresa.
