What Youll Be Doing:
  • Monitor and assess user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines, promoting a safe online experience for all users.
  • Analyze and resolve flagged content effectively, maintaining platform standards and protecting user integrity.
  • Stay updated on evolving policies to ensure quality moderation in line with current safety and compliance guidelines.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday | 08:00 AM 10:00 PM | Rotating daytime shifts
  • Enjoy Weekends Off | No night shifts required focus on daytime moderation only
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Monthly Base Salary: 1,300 EUR (paid 14 times annually)
  • Language Proficiency Bonus: 250 EUR per month for German fluency
  • Performance-Based Incentive: Up to 380 EUR per month for outstanding contributions
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR net per working day to cover your lunch expenses
Eligibility Requirements:

We are seeking local candidates eligible to work in Portugal who can provide one of the following documents:

  • EU ID
  • Portuguese Residence Card
  • Manifestação de Interesse
  • Visa (under consultation)

Please Note: This position is open to local candidates only, as there is no relocation package available.
