Project Manager- Automação & Inteligência Artificial (M/F/D)
para integrar a nossa equipa.

Principais Funções / Responsabilidades

  • Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e automação em diferentes áreas da empresa, através do mapeamento e análise de processos.
  • Levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos, assegurando a ligação entre as equipas de negócio e as equipas técnicas.
  • Implementação e acompanhamento de soluções de automação, garantindo o seu correto funcionamento e adoção pelas equipas.
  • Participação ativa em projetos de transformação digital que envolvam Inteligência Artificial.
  • Apoio na integração de soluções de IA em processos operacionais, promovendo eficiência, qualidade e conformidade.
  • Colaboração estreita com áreas como Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Quality Control e Laboratório, garantindo que as soluções automatizadas cumprem os requisitos regulamentares e de compliance da indústria farmacêutica.
  • Monitorização contínua das soluções implementadas, antecipando necessidades de melhoria e assegurando a sua evolução.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Experiência prévia em
    levantamento de requisitos
    , análise de processos e gestão de stakeholders.
  • Conhecimento de
    indústria farmacêutica
    , incluindo processos, boas práticas e requisitos de compliance.
  • Experiência em projetos de
    automação de processos
    e/ou
    transformação digital
    .
  • Forte capacidade de comunicação e competência para traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos técnicos.
  • Conhecimentos em tecnologias de
    Inteligência Artificial
    ou áreas tecnológicas relacionadas.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação.
  • Capacidade analítica, espírito crítico e orientação para a melhoria contínua.
