Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll serve as the go-to contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient issue resolution. Your personalized approach will reinforce our commitment to top-tier support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
