Role Overview
We are looking for a
service-driven and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist
to support
French-speaking customers
for a
premium lifestyle and consumer brand
.
You will be based
on-site in Porto
, delivering personalized support for
digital products and services
, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a
regulated environment
.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Slovenian
- Support customers with account-related requests, product guidance, order status, and basic device troubleshooting
- Ensure full compliance with brand, quality, and regulatory standards, including strict age-verification procedures
- Accurately document all customer interactions in English within internal CRM systems
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required
- Stay up to date with product updates, campaigns, and support processes
- Work flexibly across rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Native or C2-level fluency in French
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and supporting electronic products
- Previous experience in customer support, retail, or consumer-focused roles is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, professional, and empathetic approach to customer interactions
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: €930 gross paid over 14 months
- Guaranteed bonus: €100 gross (or more, depending on targets achieved) for the first 3 months
- Meal allowance: €9 per day (net, provided via meal card.
- Transportation reimbursement: Up to €40 for public transport, upon presentation of a monthly subscription
