Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the company's sales strategy in the field, supporting the Sales Manager in achieving commercial goals. This professional will actively engage with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Technician plays a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships.

t: Explain technical product features clearly, liaise with internal teams for feasibility/customization, and provide post-sales support - .Reporting & Analysi
s: Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - .Collaboratio
n: Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments, share client feedback, and support the implementation of sales strategies
.Profile
- :Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields (preferred)
- ;Knowledge of the company's market, preferable (cold storage, insulation, industrial doors for the food, life sciences, and construction industries)
- ;Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors
- ;Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
- ;Organizational skills and ability to work independently
- ;Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- ;Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- ;Availability to travel within Portugal, especially north region
- ;Valid driving license
