to join our expanding team in Porto .
You'll take ownership of the
recruitment and career management cycle
for our IT consultants.
After a tailored onboarding and training period, you'll:
Understand recruitment needs
Partner with the sales team to define and clarify the profiles we're looking for.
Source top talent
Identify and engage the best candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels, while managing inbound applications.
Qualify candidates
Conduct phone interviews to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
Lead in-depth interviews
Meet with engineers to evaluate their expertise, understand their career aspirations, and ensure alignment with Extia's opportunities.
Support candidates through the process
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Manage consultant careers
Be a trusted HR point of contact for a portfolio of consultants — lead regular follow-ups, help define career goals, and co-create personalized development plans.
Contribute to HR initiatives
Get involved in exciting HR projects such as
employer branding
,
internal events,
university partnerships
(career fairs, workshops..)
