About The Role
We are urgently hiring Crioulo speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team based in Lisbon. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for a global brand.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates already in Portugal or willing to relocate quickly.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in Crioulo
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Fluency in Crioulo – C1/C2 level
- Basic to good level of English
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lisbon
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence/work permit
Nice to Have
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Multilingual profile
