Ajudamos clientes a implementar e otimizar o HubSpot em toda a Customer Journey: Marketing, Vendas, Service e RevOps.

Posição: HubSpot Manager (Client Delivery)
Procuramos um HubSpot Manager para atuar diretamente com os nossos clientes.

Este é um papel consultivo e operacional: vais liderar implementações, garantir a adoção pelos utilizadores e orientar equipas de marketing e vendas na utilização estratégica da plataforma.

O teu foco será:


• Diagnosticar necessidades e propor soluções no HubSpot, com uma mentalidade AI-First


• Configurar e otimizar a plataforma de acordo com processos reais de negócio.


• Gerir a relação com clientes, prazos, entregáveis e prioridades.

Localização: Lisboa (híbrido, remoto parcial).

Responsabilidades Principais

• Fazer onboarding e implementação HubSpot para novos clientes (Marketing, Sales, Service, CRM).


• Mapear e documentar processos de negócio (marketing → vendas → pós-venda).


• Configurar pipelines, propriedades, workflows, automações, scoring, templates, relatórios e dashboards.


• Garantir a qualidade dos dados e alinhamento entre equipas internas do cliente.


• Conduzir reuniões semanais e de acompanhamento (ritual de governance PACE/RAID).


• Educar e capacitar as equipas dos clientes no uso da plataforma (treinos e enablement).


• Gerir projetos de forma estruturada: planeamento, follow-up, comunicação e gestão de expectativas.

Requisitos

• Experiência prática em implementação e otimização do HubSpot (obrigatório) em ambiente client-facing.


• Capacidade de conduzir reuniões consultivas e traduzir necessidades de negócio para soluções técnicas.


• Experiência em gestão de projeto com múltiplos stakeholders.


• Organização, autonomia e comunicação clara.


• Conforto em lidar com clientes e priorizar entregáveis.

Diferenciais (não obrigatórios, mas valorizados)

• Acreditação HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, RevOps, CRM Implementation).


• Experiência com integrações (Zapier, Make, API).


• Conhecimento sólido de processos de marketing digital e vendas B2B.


• Fluência em inglês.
