A Synchro by Egor, está a recrutar Assistente de Customer Care cliente localizado em Lisboa.

Função

  • Garantir um serviço eficiente e de qualidade aos clientes;
  • Gestão e atualização de registos de clientes em sistemas internos (CRM);
  • Promoção de serviços ou campanhas em vigor.

Horário e Local De Trabalho

  • De 2ª a 6ª feira, das 11h30 às 20h30;
  • Lisboa.

Requisitos

  • 12.º ano de escolaridade completo;
  • Experiência de atendimento ao cliente em Contact Center;
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Facilidade de integração, trabalho em equipa e adaptação a novas realidades;
  • Assertividade, resiliência e empatia no contacto com o público.
  • Conhecimento em softwares de atendimento como Salesforce (preferencial);
  • Capacidade de lidar com plataformas digitais e atendimento Omnichannel (telefone, e-mail, etc.);
  • Domínio de Inglês e/ou Espanhol (preferencial);
  • Apetência para a identificação de oportunidades comerciais e promoção de soluções ajustadas às necessidades do cliente.
