O que vais fazer como SMART (Application Support):

  • Prestar suporte de produção a utilizadores finais, garantindo os KPI's definidos e respondendo a pedidos de forma célere;
  • Investigar e analisar logs e código-fonte para identificar e resolver bugs e problemas;
  • Gerir e resolver incidentes de produção de forma eficaz;
  • Atuar em funções de Suporte Técnico de 1ª e 2ª linha;
  • Comunicar proativamente com os utilizadores sobre o progresso dos pedidos e incidentes em aberto;
  • Monitorizar aplicações e infraestruturas, assegurando o cumprimento dos SLA's definidos;
  • Contribuir para a automação e melhoria contínua das aplicações;
  • Aumentar a satisfação dos utilizadores através de uma resolução eficiente dos incidentes;
  • Garantir um correto troubleshooting e acompanhamento dos incidentes;
  • Criar e manter documentação técnica e de projeto atualizada.

O que precisas para ser um SMART:

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou área similar;
  • Experiência entre +2 anos em funções de suporte a aplicações ou operações IT;
  • Fortes competências de troubleshooting e resolução de problemas;
  • Experiência com análise de logs, debugging e ferramentas de monitorização;
  • Conhecimentos em ambientes Windows e/ou Linux;
  • Noções de scripting e automação (PowerShell, Python ou similar);
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
  • Fluência em inglês (oral e escrito).
