We are looking for a
young, enthusiastic, and detail‑oriented Office Assistant
to join our vibrant team in Porto. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to the efficiency and success of our organization.

As an
Office Assistant
, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring a smooth workplace experience, and assisting multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments.


• Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.


• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.


• Maintain and organize physical and digital office files.


• Manage office logistics and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.


• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a professional and welcoming attitude.


• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for colleagues and company events.


• Handle PR/PO tasks and support administrative processes.


• Support corporate events and collaborate closely with the corporate events team.


• Provide administrative assistance for HR‑related matters.


• Contribute to social responsibility initiatives and community projects.


• Support special projects and take on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills


• Minimum high school diploma.


• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficient level of English (mandatory).


• Valid driving license (mandatory).


• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.


• Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
