Role Overview:

We are looking for an
IT Coordinator
to join our teams and support one of our clients in managing and evolving their technological ecosystem. You will lead IT operations, coordinate technical and development teams, ensure the stability and security of the organizational systems, and drive continuous improvement across all IT processes.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate the IT area, ensuring the continuous, secure, and efficient operation of information systems;
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the work of technical, operational, and development teams;
  • Manage and follow up on IT projects, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality standards;
  • Oversee technological infrastructures, including virtualized environments and core systems;
  • Define and implement IT procedures, policies, and best practices;
  • Prepare and control the annual IT budget;
  • Support procurement and public contracting processes for technological solutions and services;
  • Ensure compliance with information security and data protection policies (including GDPR);
  • Collaborate with external entities and national/international technology partners;
  • Monitor performance indicators and promote continuous improvement of IT services.

What you are like:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
  • Experienced in coordinating IT teams and leading multidisciplinary environments;
  • Proficient in IT project management;
  • Skilled in managing infrastructures, information systems, and virtualized environments;
  • Knowledgeable in information security and GDPR compliance;
  • Comfortable working in complex or regulated organizational contexts;
  • Familiar with public procurement processes (preferred);
  • Strong leadership, planning, and priority‑management capabilities;
  • Analytical, results‑oriented, and able to make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Autonomous, responsible, and proactive in problem‑solving.
