Account Manager - Orthopedics
(South)
.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the orthopedics portfolio;
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in public and private hospitals and medical facilities to promote our medical devices;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals;
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our orthopedics portfolio;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness;
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis;
- Attend conferences, workshops, and other industry events to network and promote our medical devices;
- Provide technical training to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Technician) is preferred;
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device industry, with a focus on orthopedics products.
- Strong understanding of the orthopedics medical device market, including knowledge of competitors, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
