A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo encontra-se a recrutar um Customer Service Agent para a zona de Lisboa em regime híbrido.

Funções:

-  Atendimento telefónico a clientes - dar apoio ao cliente utilizador de uma app desportiva de Golf;

-  Ofereça um suporte excecional à nossa comunidade global de golfistas, resolvendo as suas questões e problemas em todos os canais.

-  Será a voz para os nossos 5 milhões de utilizadores, garantindo que recebem ajuda rápida e precisa, enquanto recolhe informações importantes que moldam as melhorias do nosso produto.

Requisitos:

-  Mais de 2 anos de experiência a tornar clientes felizes em produtos de tecnologia ou assinaturas;

- Excelente comunicação escrita em inglês;

- Mentalidade focada no cliente (customer-first) com fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas;

- Aprendizagem rápida, facilidade com tecnologia e conforto com trabalho remoto;

- Entusiasta de tecnologia que adora explorar novos aplicativos e dispositivos;

- Experiência prática com Zendesk, Intercom ou plataformas semelhantes;

- Fala outro idioma além do inglês? Será um diferencial (espanhol, português, francês, alemão);

- Familiaridade com aplicativos móveis e produtos de assinatura;

- Entender de golfe ou ter curiosidade para aprender.
