About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Russian-speaking customers through a variety of communication channels. Your focus will be to understand their needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. You will be working in a friendly and international team where collaboration and learning are encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Russian-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Understand customer inquiries and offer accurate information, guidance, and solutions.
  • Resolve service issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional tone.
  • Record and track customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Follow established procedures while also identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and team leaders to meet performance targets and drive service excellence.

Requirements

  • Native-level or fluent Russian, plus strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn and develop within the role.
