CONTEXT

Our B2B/Wholesale pillar is an integral part of our Group Technology team. You will be joining a dynamic and agile team responsible for the complete refactoring of the B2B landscape. Based on Salesforce and Microsoft technologies with a worldwide, multi-cloud, cross-Maisons scope, we are looking into scaling up our internal capabilities to support our major strategic Luxury New Retail program. 

Reporting to the Technology Team Lead and part of the scrum team, as a Salesforce Front-end Developer, you will be accountable for:

• Crafting a luxurious, high-quality user experience for the group platforms.
• Developing and integrating a bespoke design in a pixel-perfect manner.
• Developing a healthy, enterprise compliant high-quality code & configuration release on an agile mindset.
• Create constructive collaboration and efficiency in a multi-location, multi-technology development team.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Guide the development team to a successful setup and ensure they follow the best practices.
• Support the dev team in case of impediment and escalation process.
• Understand dependencies and anticipate regressions on the platform.
• Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources like architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and any technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers in creating custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages and frameworks.

General Information

• Participate in complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality salesforce solutions using and evangelizing coding best practices.
• Actively participate in the Agile ceremonies and give constant updates of the evolution of the development of features in the sprint.
• You ensure functional and technical health of features developed by your peers by cross-testing among the development team and being involved in all test phases.
• You help the support team to deliver quality solutions to bugs raised in production.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally with exhibition to call center solutions.
• Strong knowledge and experiences of Agile methodology.
• An experience on managing a development team.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is suitable.
• Salesforce certifications.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
  • Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products (ability to investigate and debug issues).
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, Java, JavaScript).
• Previous exposure to test automation technologies and best practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
