Description:

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into functional requirements within an agile HR systems environment;
  • Support the design, evolution, and testing of HR applications;
  • Monitor and optimize HR business processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on transformational initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
  • Experience with HR processes and methodologies;
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel;
  • Knowledge of SAS and SAP / SAP SuccessFactors is a plus;
  • Proactivity and dynamism;
  • Organizational and communication skills.
