Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal Bolt Tempo inteiro

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to join Bolt Business. You will shape how our go-to-market teams perform and grow, how our sales and account management teams build their skills, and how our managers coach for performance and drive the business forward. This role is central to helping our teams reach their full potential by delivering training and manager development that is consistent, scalable, and tied to measurable results.

About Us
With over 200 million users in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa — and it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or ability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars. And we need your help on this mission

About The Role
We need someone who understands B2B sales and account management environments and knows how to train and enable people to perform at a high level. You will design, build, optimise, and run ongoing training and enablement programs for all Bolt Business commercial functions, run performance-focused training for sales and account managers, and build programs that help managers coach effectively while ensuring we work effectively across teams and in alignment with business needs.

You will work closely with leaders across markets to identify gaps, create solutions, and deliver training that improves real outcomes.

This is a high-impact role with a broad scope. If you thrive in fast-growing organisations and you want to develop enablement programs that actually improve performance and have business impact, this is the right place.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the Bolt Business enablement strategy, partnering with markets to deliver scalable and innovative training programs aligned with commercial goals
  • Design and deliver continuous training for Sales and Account Management teams, improving seller productivity through skills, tools, and confidence building
  • Build and run structured manager enablement programs, strengthening coaching, performance management, pipeline inspection, and team development
  • Use performance data and insights to identify skill gaps, create targeted training, and scale best practices across markets and roles
  • Measure and track the impact of enablement initiatives on sales effectiveness, activity quality, pipeline creation, and revenue outcomes
  • Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Sales Operations leaders to align priorities, drive adoption, and develop high-quality enablement content and tooling

About you:

  • Strong experience in B2B sales or account management, with a hands-on understanding of modern selling and customer lifecycle practices.
  • 4+ years of direct experience in training, enablement, coaching, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to train managers and team leads.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Organised and process-focused, comfortable running programs that scale across multiple markets.
  • Familiarity and technical savviness with sales tooling and data sources that support training and performance improvement.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to set priorities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work closely with sales leadership to gain buy-in and align on key initiatives.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to produce high-quality enablement content.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying

Why you'll love it here:

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  • Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
  • Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
