Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist users through phone, chat, email, and social media, addressing inquiries related to accounts, payments, and technical issues. Your goal will be to deliver a seamless and satisfying support experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service across various communication channels

  • Assist users with tasks like account setup, verification, login issues, and payment troubleshooting

  • Resolve technical problems quickly and professionally

  • Serve as a reliable contact point, particularly for customers in the sports sector

  • Build trust by communicating with empathy, patience, and clarity

  • Adhere to company standards to ensure consistent service quality

  • Offer suggestions for process improvements and customer journey enhancements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
