Cette plateforme de streaming est dédiée à offrir une large gamme de films, de séries télévisées et de contenus originaux. Au sein de ce projet, vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuer à offrir des expériences de divertissement exceptionnelles aux abonnés du monde entier En tant que conseiller client, vous serez le premier point de contact des abonnés, fournissant une assistance en temps opportun et résolvant les requêtes pour garantir une expérience de streaming fluide.

Pré-Requis : 

  • Expérience antérieure dans un rôle de service client ou de support, de préférence dans une entreprise de médias numériques ou de technologie.  
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, à la fois écrites et verbales, avec la capacité d'articuler des concepts techniques de manière claire et compréhensible.  
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à résoudre les problèmes techniques de manière indépendante.  
  • Démarche empathique et patiente avec une approche centrée sur le client dans la prestation de services.  
  • Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques, des appareils de streaming et des plateformes numériques.  
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à prioriser les tâches dans un environnement dynamique.  
  • Flexibilité pour travailler par roulement, y compris en soirée, les week-ends et les jours fériés, au besoin.
