Our client is an international
performance marketing group
operating across high-growth verticals such as subscriptions, mobile apps, lead generation, and iGaming, working exclusively with international markets, primarily the US, France, and the UK.
They are looking to onboard a creative and analytically sharp
Marketing Specialist
to scale high-performance campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. In this role, you will combine creative thinking with a performance-driven mindset, focusing on measurable results such as sales, leads, and conversions, while being comfortable experimenting, analysing metrics, and optimising campaigns to maximise performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaign Management:
Manage and scale paid traffic campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000. - Creative Development:
Develop and test creative angles, concepts, and ad variations to capture attention and drive conversions. - Performance Analysis:
Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimisations. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the design team to produce high-converting creatives. - Industry Insight:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging traffic opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Education:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar (or equivalent experience). - Platform Experience:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with at least one of these platforms - Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads. - Creativity:
Able to generate fresh angles, catchy hooks, and disruptive ad ideas. - Analytical Skills:
Comfortable interpreting numbers and using data to drive decisions. - Tools:
Proficient in Excel and experienced with tracking tools and performance dashboards. - Proactive Mindset:
Eager to work with big budgets and scale high-performing campaigns. Curious and self-driven to grow in a high-performance environment. - Languages:
Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
