The Position

Responsible for supporting the development of lighting studies and proposals, ensuring the accurate integration of O/M luminaires in each project and contributing to the visual and functional quality of the final solution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of lighting studies across different types of projects (residential, commercial, corporate).
  • Produce drawings, visual materials, and lighting simulations to assist in project presentations.
  • Prepare visual assets (layouts, mood boards, presentations in InDesign, etc.) for commercial proposals and competitions.
  • Collaborate with architecture and lighting design teams, providing input that helps translate design intent into coherent technical solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with O/M's commercial and technical teams to ensure consistency between aesthetic objectives and feasibility.

The Candidate

  • Degree in Architecture or Design.
  • Proficiency with modeling and presentation tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate solutions with architecture and engineering teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong visual sensitivity combined with technical understanding.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Training in Lighting Design or Luminotechnics.
  • Experience with sustainable projects (LEED, WELL, BREEAM).
  • Portfolio showcasing lighting studies or visual design work.
