Responsibilities
- Establish effective communication with customers and introduce the company's products and services
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer network
- Continuously follow up on customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Conduct market analysis and contribute to the development of sales strategies
- Lead sales negotiations and finalize contracts
- Monitor competitors' activities and propose improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present management reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills, professional speaking ability, and excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze the market and provide periodic reports
- Familiarity with sales principles (retail, chain stores, etc.) and distribution channels
- Relevant work experience in sales or marketing
- Knowledge of food export and international markets (considered an advantage)
- Full proficiency in English — required
Soft Skills (Considered a Plus)
- Time management and planning abilities
- Teamwork and organizational communication skills
- Familiarity with basic software tools
