We are currently looking for a Property Manager to integrate the on-site management team of one of CBRE's prime assets in Lisbon.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The main focus of this position will be the operational, financial, organizational and commercial management of a real estate asset, ensuring its optimal performance, profitability and value enhancement.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the on‑site team, ensuring alignment, motivation, and high‑quality performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between CBRE and the property owner, ensuring clear, effective and timely communication.
• Develop and manage the asset's annual Business Plan, including revenue forecasting and cost control.
• Oversee all daily building operations, services and facilities to ensure optimal functioning.
• Monitor and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring adherence to approved financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards and internal procedures.
• Manage tenant relationships, securing satisfaction, retention, and resolution of operational issues.
• Support lease administration, including monitoring contracts, renewals and renegotiations when needed.
• Review and validate invoices, ensuring proper workflow and compliance with budgeted and non‑budgeted expenses.
• Prepare and deliver regular reporting to the client, providing insights on performance, risks and opportunities.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Degree in Engineering or Management.
• Master's degree or Post-graduation in Real Estate Management and/or Property Valuation (highly valued).
• 5+ years of experience in similar Property Management roles.
• Excellent communication skills and strong results orientation.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with a high sense of ownership.
• Proactive, autonomous and confident in decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Commitment and engagement with company projects and values.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Spanish knowledge is an advantage.
