engenharia civil, consultoria técnica, elaboração e gestão de projetos
, bem como coordenação e apoio técnico especializado. Desenvolve projetos para os setores residencial, industrial e de infraestruturas, distinguindo-se por uma abordagem integrada, rigor técnico e foco na qualidade. No âmbito do seu crescimento, pretende reforçar a equipa com um(a)
Administrative / Board Assistant
, que assegure o suporte administrativo e operacional à administração e às diferentes áreas do negócio.
Responsabilidades
- Execução de tarefas administrativas gerais de escritório (receção e atendimento, edição e formatação de documentos, marcação e organização de reuniões);
- Reporte direto à Administração;
- Gestão do escritório e do economato;
- Apoio à área financeira (contabilidade externa), incluindo faturação, pagamentos e controlo de recebimentos;
- Apoio à gerência em tarefas administrativas e organizacionais;
- Apoio ao departamento de Recursos Humanos;
- Apoio à área comercial, nomeadamente na preparação de propostas e no acompanhamento de plataformas de concursos públicos.
Requisitos
Experiência prévia em funções semelhantes, nomeadamente como office manager ou assistente administrativa. Experiência na emissão de faturas é valorizada, sendo um plus o contacto com balancetes e processos de pagamentos. São necessários bons conhecimentos técnicos e domínio das ferramentas de escritório, bem como capacidade de organização, atenção ao detalhe, autonomia e facilidade de comunicação com diferentes áreas da empresa.
