Responsabilities:Coordinate with employees to ensure timely acceptance and execution of servicesAssist customers during onboarding, ensuring accurate information collectionAddress and troubleshoot service execution issues, such as accessibility challengesManage and process customer feedback, damages, and quality concernsHandle employee absences in line with established guidelinesEnsure customers' payment information is current and accurateRespond to employee inquiries regarding contracts and payroll mattersProvide performance feedback to employees, escalating issues when necessaryInitiate contract changes for employees as requiredParticipate in planning and executing events for employees and customersConduct regular calls to employees and clients to ensure service quality and gather feedback
