Aceitas o desafio?Estamos a recrutar o seguinte perfil:Backend Tech Lead (M/F) – Hibrido (Lisboa)O perfil que procuramos:Formação Superior em Engenharia Informática ou similar;Mais de 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento backend com Java e Spring BootExperiência comprovada como Tech Lead, liderando equipas em sistemas distribuídos de grande escalaForte capacidade técnica em system design e definição de arquiteturas complexasExperiência com cloud (AWS e/ou GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs e SQLCapacidade de planeamento, gestão de dependências e avaliação de riscosConfortável em ambientes de elevada ambiguidade e prioridades em constante evoluçãoInglês fluenteA experiência que proporcionamos:Acompanhamento regular do teu Manager traz sintonia, clareza e motivação.
