Asenium is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with an IT and ERP systems background to support one of our key projects in Portugal.Location: Remote from PortugalStart date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Analyze and document business processes, user needs, and system requirementsTranslate business needs into functional and technical specificationsAct as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams (developers, architects, ERP consultants)Identify and propose improvements to ERP workflowsSupport testing, training, and documentation processesRequired Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in business/functional analysisProficiency in modeling languages like UML and BPMNExperience preparing functional specifications and structured documentationKnowledge of platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and/or AzureFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Fluent in Portuguese.
