As an SDR, you will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. This role is mostly remote.QualificationsExperience in inside sales, lead generation, and business developmentStrong communication and sales skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the knowledge workers' productivity suite is a plusExperience in the tech industry is beneficialBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldResponsibilitiesIdentify and research target companies and decision-makersBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential leadsUse outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn, HubSpot) to generate interestRespond promptly to inbound leads from marketing channelsCraft and send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messagesConduct cold calls to engage prospects directlyRun multi-touch outreach sequences to maximize contact chancesAdjust messaging based on industry and roleInitiate discovery conversations to assess fit and interestAsk the right questions to identify pain points and buying intentQualify leads using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)Disqualify leads that don't meet criteria to focus on high-value prospectsSchedule discovery or demo calls for Account Executives or Sales ManagersFollow-up to confirm attendance and maintain engagementLog all interactions and updates in the CRM - HubSpotTrack lead stages, notes, and next steps meticulouslyMonitor and report on outreach performance (email open rates, call connects, etc.)Maintain high accuracy in pipeline tracking and reportingSync with Marketing to optimize messaging and lead sourcesShare prospect feedback with Product or Growth teamsParticipate in weekly sales team stand-ups and training sessionsContinuously improve based on coaching and performance data
