German Speaking Customer Representative
for our client.
This role offers the chance to deliver customer support to German-speaking clients while enjoying the vibrant culture and lifestyle Greece has to offer, with an option to work from the comfort of your home anywhere in Greece.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information efficiently.
Utilize company systems to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently (in a remote work environment).
Flexibility and adaptability to new tools and technologies.
Interest in living and working (remotely) from Greece.
No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn
