Danish Speaking Customer Representative
for our client.
This role offers you the chance to
work
while living in Greece, combining career growth with a vibrant cultural experience.
Your Role:
Provide customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
Learn and utilize company tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn
Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required for effective client communication.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and remote working tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Interest in living and working (remotely) from Greece, embracing a new life and culture.
