is seeking a dedicated
French Speaking Customer Representative
for our client.
Enjoy the vibrant culture and lifestyle of Greece while providing excellent customer service from the comfort of your remote workspace.
Your Role:
Provide customer support to French-speaking clients with professionalism and empathy.
Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries.
Utilize company systems to deliver accurate and timely assistance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and swift problem resolution.
Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
Ability and willingness to work remotely and adapt to new technologies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently.
Interest in living and working in Greece as part of your career path.
No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn
