Mission
Ensure effective operational management of the Goldcar stations in Portugal area and the respective human resources. Ensure the necessary conditions to achieve the objectives defined in terms of quality and company image. Guarantee a diligent and motivated team spirit aimed at meeting customer needs and achieving the company's objectives.Main Responsibilities
Staff
Responsible for creating and maintaining a motivated team while simultaneously promoting the mobility of Station Managers in your area, in order to create different career development opportunities for your team. Match the right people to each role according to their potential and profile, promoting the change of people between stations or locations, if it is considered to be more beneficial for the functioning and results of the operation and management of the area.Operation/Management
Analysis and assessment of station needs and creation of the conditions to obtain them. Effective management and distribution of the fleet in your area in order to achieve the highest possible profitability. Physical control of the fleet and overdues in each area. Analysis of reservations made for the area and forecast of their evolution. Preparation and availability of timely information on the area's activities in its various aspects. Permanent monitoring of the area's market in order to enhance business opportunities and allow the company to expand and consolidate its market share. Compliance with the objectives defined for the area in terms of costs, personnel, billing and rents Control of activity costs and analysis of productivity, fleet use, budget. Management of suppliers: cleaning, maintenance and owners of the premises. Provide support to its stations and ensure that they have the necessary conditions to carry out their tasks in accordance with the quality standards defined by the Company.
