Job Description

Réponse, restauration et résolution des problèmes techniques des clients S’assurer que les problèmes du client sont rétablis en temps opportun conformément aux ENS spécifiées S’assurer que chaque problème signalé par le client est correctement documenté Systèmes de billetterie à des fins de suivi et d’apprentissage Mesurer et agir sur les indicateurs de service, les seuils et les indicateurs de performance clés utilisés pour régir le processus de résolution des tickets Utiliser et appliquer la documentation des processus, politiques et outils de soutien technique et contribuer à leur amélioration continue Implication directe avec les équipes de réussite client, produit et ingénierie

Qualifications

Antécédents techniques en systèmes de réseau, en informatique, en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe
Connaissance de Linux/Windows
Dépannage, capacité à trouver des solutions efficaces pour les problèmes inhabituels
Capacité de décrire les détails des problèmes techniques dans toute leur complexité, au besoin
Connaissance de l’anglais (niveau intermédiaire)
Connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation et des outils complémentaires associés au développement, aux tests et à la surveillance des solutions informatiques
Français
