Your tasks:
- Clarifying any product information;
- Answering questions and requests by chat and phone;
- Helping in subjects such as: Payment, Refunds, Financing, Shipping, Delivery and Pickup, Returns and Exchanges
- Help solve any type of problems insuring a swift and fast resolution.
RequirementsWhat you need:
- Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1)
- Fluent in English (at least C1)
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
BenefitsWhat we offer:
- Salary without accommodation: 1411€ gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1119€ gross / month
- Remote work in Lisbon
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
