Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR trainee to join our dynamic team and provide essential support in all administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle. As an HR trainee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment, ensuring that our team has the resources and support they need to thrive.

We would love you to

Provide support to our Human Resources team and their business areas with administrative processes within the employee lifecycle; Be responsible for ensuring all practices are legally compliant and in line with Nagarro policies and procedures; Administer HR-related matters (. timesheets management, leave balance, onboarding and offboarding tasks); Acting as go-to point of contact for all internal and external communications; fielding emails and messages and managing correspondence as appropriate; Handling confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

A University degree, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a similar field; Experience of seamlessly supporting a wider team; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
