Vous êtes passionné par les réseaux sociaux et les nouvelles technologies ? Vous rêvez de travailler dans l'une des plus grandes entreprises au monde? Nous recherchons un Customer Delight pour soutenir notre client dans l'amélioration de l'expérience publicitaire sur les principales plateformes en ligne.
Responsabilités :
Fournir un support aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) sur les principales plateformes en ligne via plusieurs canaux : Chat (Canal en direct) et E-mails (Canal hors ligne) ;
Effectuer des appels sortants pour s'assurer que les clients ont bien compris les informations qui leur sont transmises ;
Fournir un support produit et des outils pour améliorer l'expérience des clients ;
Identifier les tendances et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par plusieurs clients PME.
Exigences :
Expérience préalable dans le service client, de préférence dans le domaine de la publicité en ligne ou des réseaux sociaux ;
Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes ;
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multilingue et motivé ;
Maîtrise de l'anglais au niveau B2 minimum.
