About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
Location: Oriente, Lisbon
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Provide pre-sales assistance and answer general inquiries from customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer escalations and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Document customer interactions and case information accurately.
- Brand Representation:
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image in all customer interactions.
- Adapt communication style to suit different channels and audiences.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
- Native fluency in French
- B2 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of customer support tools and software
- Experience in technical troubleshooting (preferred)
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-centric mindset
What We Offer:
- Compensation:
- Base Salary: 895 EUR per 14 months, 12 530 EUR per year
- Complexity Bonus: 95 EUR per 12 months, 1 140 EUR per year
- Meal Allowance (net): 7.23 EUR per day, 1908.72 EUR per year
- Transport Allowance (net): 20 EUR per 12 months, 240 EUR per year
- Performance Bonus: 120 per 12 months, 1440 EUR per year
- Health Insurance after 6 months
- Relocation Package
- Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
- Discounted Accommodation: 280 EUR per month for 12 months (directly deducted from salary)
