Your mission will be…
Oversees/ supervises dedicated operations and processes within an assigned team. Give feedback to teammembers on their performance and personal development options. Focus on peopledevelopment, succession planning, diversity, motivation, and engagement of theassigned team. Ensures adherence todefined guidelines, processes and procedures. Prioritizes andassigns tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and thatwork schedules and targets are met. Lives lean governanceand fosters process improvement and simplification / optimization measures. Manages escalationswithin defined procedures. Contributes to theresource allocation planning. Manages the team KPIsand BVIs. Leads and coordinatesPerformance Review Meetings with the customer Supports the implementation ofGBS O2C roadmap/strategy in strong alignment with Business Line Management.We are looking for someonewith…
Must have at least 2 years of experience in leadership/team leading. SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI). Finance, Business Analysis, Cost Accounting. Leadership & coaching skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong work ethic - we are always acting in name ofSiemens. Problem solving and fast thinking will help to resolvedaily management issues. Team Player, with strong customer focus, result &quality orientation. Be bold, decisive, and courageous. Winning and positive attitude. Good business and social networking skills InPortuguese and English. Curious about new technologies and trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,PowerPoint, Word).A hybrid andflexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with abudget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteerwork.
