Overview:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist French-speaking customers while leveraging your English communication skills in a collaborative, multicultural environment. Relocation support is offered to help you settle comfortably in one of Europes most vibrant cities.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in French.
- Assist with product or service-related questions, account issues, and troubleshooting.
- Provide clear and professional responses, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving:
- Resolve issues efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Escalate more complex problems to relevant departments while keeping customers informed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to deliver seamless service and meet performance goals.
- Share feedback and insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Knowledge Management:
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system.
- Language Proficiency:
- C1-level fluency in French (spoken and written).
- B2-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Technical Aptitude:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting processes.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
