Job Overview:

We are seeking a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative who is a native Italian speaker with a strong command of English (minimum B2 level). You will be responsible for assisting customers via email, chat and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Follow up on customer issues until they are fully resolved, meeting deadlines and maintaining service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: 1360 euro gross per month (including base salary, Christmas allowance, holiday allowance and meal allowance).
  • Working hours: 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, from 06:00 am to 24:00.
  • Rotational shifts: You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break. You will be informed in advance about the working schedule.
  • Training: 15 working days (fully paid).
  • Vacation: 22 days per year.
  • Relocation package.
