Pour notre client, leader du service client digital, nous recrutons actuellement un Sales development representative.


Ici, vous aurez la chance de travailler dans un environnement dynamique, qui vous permettra de faire partie d'une équipe multiculturelle et axée sur les objectifs, travaillant pour des marques mondiales.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe assurant un excellent et compétent service de vente, vous serez en charge de démarcher de nouveaux prospects et aussi de maintenir et optimiser les relations avec les clients existants.


Voici ce que vous allez faire :

• Contacter différentes bases de données d’agences et de clients afin de proposer les services

• Maintenir et développer la collaboration des clients existants et s'assurer qu’ils

renouvellent leurs contrats.

• Finaliser la proposition commerciale lors de l’appel en utilisant des techniques de vente et de marketing positives.

• Être en mesure de comprendre la stratégie de vos clients et avoir la capacité d'aller au-delà de leurs besoins, afin de maximiser la satisfaction et la collaboration. Votre mission est de développer en permanence la relation clientèle et les revenus délivrés par les clients.

• De part votre forte personnalité et votre volonté de dépassement, vous aurez pour but d’atteindre et d’améliorer les objectifs individuels et d’équipe.

Requirements

• Langue maternelle française (C1 ou C2) ;

• Bonne connaissance de l'anglais (B2) ;

• Une première expérience en Sales ;

• Expérience avec Microsoft Office;

• Vous avez un passeport européen ou un permis légal pour travailler au Portugal ;

• Vous vous adaptez bien à un environnement multiculturel ;

• Axé sur les objectifs ;

• Bonne gestion de son temps ;

• Esprit d'équipe ;
