Job Description: French-Speaking Customer Advisor (Web Services) – On-Site in Lisbon
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ready to make an impact in the web services industry? We are looking for dynamic and motivated French-Speaking Customer Advisors to join our growing team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an exciting on-site opportunity where you will have the chance to work with an international team, assist customers, and help improve their web service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the best service possible. Your main duties will include:
- Customer Support: Provide high-quality assistance to French-speaking customers via multiple channels (phone, email, and live chat) with a focus on resolving inquiries, troubleshooting, and delivering effective solutions.
- Product and Service Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company's web services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Identify customer issues, investigate solutions, and guide customers through resolutions, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Communication: Act as a brand ambassador, offering tailored solutions based on each customer's specific needs. You will need to communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure customers feel heard and valued.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team and other departments, such as technical support or product management, to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Customer Feedback: Gather valuable feedback from customers to share with the company for service improvement and innovation.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the internal system, ensuring records are maintained and updated as needed.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1 level or higher) and Intermediate English (B2 level) is a must. As you will be engaging with French-speaking customers daily, fluency in French is essential, while a good command of English is required for internal communication.
- Previous Experience: While prior experience in customer service, particularly in web services, is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We value a strong willingness to learn and develop.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot customer issues, think critically, and deliver effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, and adjusting to changing priorities.
